This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases related to l-people stories, operated by Semen Shorin.

Purchases are completed on our website at stories.l-people.ru and processed through YooMoney or other payment methods shown at checkout.

1. Digital purchases

l-people stories may offer paid digital items and services, including:

  • subscriptions;
  • story generation credits;
  • image generation credits;
  • voice/audio generation credits;
  • other digital features.

Because these are digital services delivered to the user’s account, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, activated, or used, except where required by applicable law.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription terms, price, billing period, renewal terms, and included benefits are shown before purchase.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous subscription payments, except where required by law or where we determine that a refund is appropriate due to a payment or technical issue.

3. Credit packs

Credit packs are generally non-refundable once delivered to the user’s account.

Credits that have already been used to generate stories, images, voice/audio, or other digital content are non-refundable, except where required by law.

4. When refunds may be considered

We may consider a refund request if:

  • the user was charged incorrectly;
  • there was a duplicate payment;
  • purchased credits or subscription access were not added to the user’s account;
  • a technical issue caused by us prevented access to the purchased item;
  • the payment was unauthorized and reported promptly;
  • a refund is required by applicable law.

5. Generated content

We do not usually provide refunds because generated text, images, or voice/audio did not match a user’s expectations, unless there was a technical issue caused by us or a refund is required by law.

AI-generated content may vary and may not always be perfect.

6. Parent, guardian, or household admin responsibility

Purchases should be made only by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult household admin.

If a child made a purchase without permission, contact us promptly at s3menchyk@yandex.ru. We may review the request, but we do not guarantee a refund unless required by law.

7. How to request support for a purchase

8. Processing time

If a refund is approved, the processing time may depend on YooMoney, the payment provider, and the user’s bank.

9. Abuse

We may refuse refund requests where we believe there is fraud, abuse, repeated misuse of refunds, violation of our Terms of Service, or attempts to use digital services without payment.
