These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of l-people stories (the “App”) and our website at stories.l-people.ru, operated by Semen Shorin (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, using the App, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

If the App is used by a child, the parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult household admin agrees to these Terms on the child’s behalf.

1. About l-people stories

l-people stories is a children’s story generation app for families.

The App allows families to generate and read stories, create household members and child profiles, personalize stories, generate images and voice/audio content, and access pre-generated stories.

The App may offer subscriptions and credit packs purchased through our website.

2. Parent, guardian, or household admin responsibility

The App is designed for children to use with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts must be created and managed by a parent, legal guardian, or another adult authorized to manage the household.

Children may use the App only as household members or child profiles under permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

The household admin is responsible for:

  • deciding whether the App is appropriate for each child;
  • creating and managing the account;
  • inviting and managing household members;
  • creating and managing child profiles;
  • choosing whether to enable personalization features;
  • choosing whether to upload or approve photos, pet photos, toy photos, drawings, or voice recordings;
  • approving photos or characters proposed by a child, where this feature is available;
  • setting guardrails and restrictions;
  • supervising generated content;
  • managing purchases and subscriptions;
  • deleting stories, profiles, uploads, and the account.

Children should not independently create accounts, make purchases, upload photos or voice recordings of real people, approve personalization materials, change privacy settings, or use external payment links without permission and supervision.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and household.

4. Household members and child profiles

A household admin may create household members and child profiles.

A child profile may include information such as a child’s name or nickname, age or age range, preferences, guardrails, photos, pet photos, toy photos, drawings, or voice recordings.

You must only provide information and content that you have the right and permission to use.

You should not add unnecessary sensitive information, such as a child’s full legal name, home address, school name, phone number, medical information, precise location, or other private details.

5. Photos, voice recordings, and secondary characters

The App may allow users to add secondary characters, such as pets, toys, imaginary characters, family members, or friends.

Children may create non-identifying characters, such as pets, toys, drawings, or imaginary characters, where the App allows this.

Photos or voice recordings of real people, including children, friends, siblings, classmates, or family members, may only be uploaded, submitted, or approved by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized household admin.

By uploading or approving a photo or voice recording of a real person, you confirm that you have the necessary permission to use it in the App for story personalization.

If a child proposes a photo or character, it must be approved by the household admin before it is used for generation or personalization.

6. AI-generated content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate text, images, and voice/audio content.

AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, unexpected, repetitive, or unsuitable for a particular child. We use safety measures intended to support age-appropriate content, but we cannot guarantee that every generated result will be perfect.

Parents, legal guardians, and household admins are responsible for supervising use of the App and reviewing generated content when appropriate.

7. User content

“User content” includes prompts, profile information, uploaded photos, pet photos, toy photos, drawings, voice recordings, story preferences, guardrails, and other content provided through the App.

You confirm that:

  • you have the right to provide the content;
  • the content does not violate another person’s rights;
  • the content is not illegal, harmful, abusive, sexual, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate;
  • you have permission to upload or approve any photo, recording, or other content that identifies a child or another person.

You grant us the rights needed to host, process, store, display, transform, and use your content to operate the App, generate requested content, provide personalization, provide support, improve safety and performance, and comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

8. Generated stories, images, and audio

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use generated stories, images, and audio for personal, family, and non-commercial purposes.

You may not use generated content to harm, impersonate, exploit, harass, defame, or violate the rights of another person.

We do not guarantee that generated content will be unique, error-free, or suitable for every use.

9. Purchases, subscriptions, and credits

The App may offer:

  • subscriptions;
  • story generation credits;
  • image generation credits;
  • voice/audio generation credits;
  • other digital features or content.

Purchases are completed on our website at stories.l-people.ru and processed through YooMoney or other payment methods shown at checkout.

Credits and subscription access are digital items. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and cannot be exchanged for money unless required by law.

Purchases and external checkout links must be managed by the household admin or another authorized adult.

10. Subscriptions

Subscription terms, price, billing period, and included benefits are shown before purchase.

A subscription may renew unless cancelled according to the instructions shown at checkout or in your account.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

11. Credits

Credit packs may be used for features such as generating stories, images, or voice/audio.

Credits may be consumed when a generation request is submitted, even if the generated result is not perfect or not exactly what the user expected.

12. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, available at:

Because subscriptions, credits, and generated content are digital services, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, activated, or used, except where required by law or where we determine that a refund is appropriate due to a payment or technical issue.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the App for illegal, harmful, abusive, sexual, hateful, violent, discriminatory, or exploitative content;
  • enter unnecessary sensitive personal information about a child or another person;
  • upload or approve photos, voice recordings, or other content without permission;
  • upload photos or recordings of another child without appropriate permission;
  • attempt to bypass safety systems, parental controls, guardrails, or purchase protections;
  • reverse engineer, copy, modify, or resell the App;
  • overload, disrupt, or interfere with our systems;
  • access another user’s account;
  • use bots, scraping, or automated access without permission;
  • use the App to build a competing service;
  • violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

14. Safety and parental controls

We may provide safety features, guardrails, filters, parental gates, and household admin controls.

These features are designed to help support safer use, but they are not a substitute for parent or guardian supervision.

We may block, limit, remove, or refuse to generate content that we believe violates these Terms, creates safety risks, or may be inappropriate for children.

15. Transactional emails

We may send transactional emails related to account access, password resets, purchases, subscriptions, support, security, and important service updates.

We do not send marketing emails unless we separately ask for and receive permission.

16. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.

We may also limit or suspend access if we believe there is a violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, payment issue, or legal requirement.

17. Third-party services

The App and website may rely on third-party services, including AI providers, payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, and infrastructure providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

18. Account deletion

Users can initiate account deletion in the App.

After account deletion, we delete or anonymize account information and associated content, except where we need to keep certain records for legal, tax, accounting, payment, fraud prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

19. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.

20. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the App will not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the three months before the claim.

Some laws do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice in the App or on our website.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
